Preston for 1000 shares. Signed by two secretaries and the president, all signatures illegible. No vignette. Border and text are brown, safety print is blue. U/C, and was printed by R. J. Orozco Litho. Measures 9.5"x5.5". 2) Tonopah North Star Tunnel and Development Company. Incorporated in Nevada in 1902. No. 12894 issued on March 25, 1915 to William MacDonough for 100 shares. Signatures on certificate are illegible. There is a single vignette at the top center that shows two miners working underground with machinery. There is one vignette in the top center of four miners working underground with mechanical equipment. The border is printed in black and is rather detailed. There is an embossed seal in the bottom lefthand corner. Not cacnelled and was printed by Franklin Lee Division-American Bank Note Co. Measures 11.5"x7.5". 4) East Belmont Mining Company Stock; Incorporated in Nevada. No. 146 issued on August 12, 1912 to Walter M. Kish for 1000 shares. Signed by secretary E.D. Mills and president Fred W. Durner. There are two vignettes. One in the top center shows a mountain side with the mill. A vignette in the bottom right corner shows three miners inspecting a lump of ore with five miners working in the background. The border is printed in brown, and the seal is gilted. Letter head reads "Tonopah Belmont Development Co. General Offices." Addressed to a Mr. A. W. Newberry, Mining Engineer, signed by L. P. P[illegible].
