Item/Description: Three piece lot of Modernist Taxco Mexico 950 and Sterling Silver jewelry with bezel set CZ stone accents includes a signed, free-form cuff by renowned designer, Alicia De La Paz; a pair of crescent moon shaped clip back earring; and a crossover ring.
The wave cuff is sleek, mirror-like, and exceptional in design and form. Sturdy and well made. Accented with a bezel set 2 carat sparkling clear cubic zirconia stone in a button-like elevated open back setting. Organic. Hallmarked: TD-27 Mexico Alicia 950
Material: 950 Silver, cubic zirconia
Dimensions: Length: 5 3/4" (end to end); Width: 2 1/2"; Gap Width: 1"; approximately 75 grams. Bracelet is rigid, without give and though with an open form it will accommodate a small (approximately) 6" -6 1/2" wrist.
Condition: Good. Body of cuff free of dents and damage. Stone secure in setting. Signs of age, use, and wear include diffuse scratches, scuffs, abrading, and dings to edges of bezel setting to stone.

The earrings crafted from Sterling Silver are half-moon crescent shaped. Domed surface, softly folded and seamlessly accented with a sparkly intensely faceted bezel set CZ sunk into an open back setting. Hinged clip back mechanism. Hallmarked, partially legible: TD-40 Taxco 925.

Condition: Good. Stones secure in settings. Clip backs in good working order, open smoothly and click shut securely. Signs of age, use and wear include dings, slight denting to edges, scratches, scuffs, flea bites, chips to facets of stones, noticeable upon magnification.

The sleek crossover ring crafted in Sterling Silver is beautiful in design and form and wraps around the finger like a folded ribbon. Tapered, fluid design. Set with a scintillating approximately 2 carat sparkly CZ. Bezel set, open back setting. Hallmarked: 925, illegible hallmark in diamond cartouche.

Once payment is received, your order will be added to our shipping queue and will typically ship with-in 3 to 5 business days.
4. Taurus Auctions reserves the right to withdraw lots prior to the commencement of each auction.
5. Estimates published, showing both a high and low end range for each item, are of the opinion of Taurus Auctions as to the fair auction value for each item. Taurus Auctions makes no warranties as to finite value for item(s) sold. You as the bidder decide the final price.
6. While many lots are listed without reserve prices, at times, Taurus Auctions or its consignors may assign minimum selling prices to select lots in each auction. Taurus Auctions may execute bids on the behalf of our consignors due to reserve prices.
7. Taurus Auctions reserves the right to refuse admission to our facility, reject any bid or to refuse to acknowledge certain bidders. The highest bidder, whether in the salesroom, absentee, on the telephone or online will be acknowledged and recorded by the auctioneer.
8. No auction lot can be removed from the gallery until payment has been accepted and cleared. Please see our payment, pickup and shipping section for further details. All items won must be paid for within five (5) days or a dispute will be filed and opened.
9. The purchase price payable by the buyer shall be the sum of the final bid plus a buyer's premium of 25% and any applicable taxes.
10. Taurus Auctions is not responsible for items left at our facility for more than fifteen days. Taurus Auctions may also charge a $100 restocking fee for items cataloged.
11. Purchases are subject to 8.375 % New York State sales tax unless you are a registered dealer or re-seller and exempt from state and local sales tax in which case a completed New York resale certificates must be provided to Taurus Auctions prior to the time of purchase.
12. Taurus Auctions is not liable for damaged or missing items after they are signed out and removed from the gallery. Taurus Auctions is not responsible for or liable for any lots paid for and not picked up within 14 days of auction date. By departing from the pickup site you, or your agent, acknowledges that you have all your items and that you are satisfied with them. No claims are permitted after removing items from the premises, as condition issues cannot be validated once items are released into your possession. 13. In providing your credit card information to pay an invoice, you authorize Taurus Auctions to charge the cost of product and/or service to your credit card either through the payment portal or as indicated on signed, paper authorization form. This payment is for goods/ services won at auction and certifies that you are an authorized user of this credit card and that you will not dispute the payment with your credit card company; so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated. By registering to participate and providing credit card information, you are accepting all the responsibility for the transaction to ensure full payment to the merchant and acknowledging that all sales are final. You will inform Taurus Auctions immediately if use of this card is no longer valid.
