During the 1988-89 NBA regular season, the Cleveland Cavaliers had the Chicago Bulls' number. Case in point: the Cavs swept the season series, 6-0, including the final regular season game in which Cleveland sat its top four players. So when the two teams met up in the first round of the Eastern Conference playoffs, all signs pointed to a Cavs domination. Michael Jordan had other plans. The young Bulls guard led the way to a decisive fifth game and one of the greatest moments in his Hall of Fame career. With the host Cavs clinging to a 100-99 lead with three seconds left, Jordan took the inbounds pass while being double teamed by Craig Ehlo and Larry Nance. The next three seconds will go down in history as perhaps the beginning of his greatness as Jordan drove to the free throw line and skied high to put up a shot over the outstretched hand of Ehlo. "The Shot" as it has been named went in, and the Bulls pulled off a stunning 101-100 win. It would be the first of many playoff game-winning shots in Jordan?s great career as the Bulls would go on to win six NBA Finals championships under his leadership. The winning bidder is responsible for the cost of shipping. The winning bidder will pay our cost to ship the order. We do not charge a handling fee. Multiple items won by the same bidder will be shipped together to keep the cost of shipping to a minimum.

A bid being placed on an auction item is an agreement to the auction terms and conditions as explained below. Pristine Auction is a JCK Enterprises L.L.C. company.
Bidder Registration: All bidder's must be 18 years of age or older to participate in the auction. Pristine auction reserves the right to suspend a registered user and/or cancel the bid of a registered user for any reason.
Bidding: Minimum bid increment is 5% of the current high bid. Bids are accepted 24 hours a day directly through our website (www.pristineauction.com). Our site will automatically generate and send an e-mail when a bidder is outbid on an auction. This is provided as a courtesy service to our bidders and is a non-guarantee service. Although rare, it is possible for our site to encounter interruptions in service or malfunctions. We reserve the right to suspend, cancel, or extend auctions that have been affected by such an occurrence. At the end of each auction, winning bidders will be notified as soon as possible via e-mail. Extended Bidding: Our auction timer corresponds with Eastern Standard Time. All auctions are set up with a 10 minute extended bidding period. The extended bidding period is initiated once an auction countdown is below 10 minutes. During the extended bidding period, all new bids reset the auction countdown to 10 minutes. An auction ends when no new bids are entered for a full 10 minutes. Each auction is on an independent timer so auctions will end at different times.
Returns: All items are shown and described to the best of our ability. Please ask any necessary questions before placing a bid. Items authenticated by an industry recognized third party authenticator may not be returned. Items accompanied by a Pristine Auction LOA can be returned for authenticity purposes if they have been reviewed and rejected by an acceptable authenticator. Acceptable authenticators are as follows: PSA/DNA, JSA, Global Authentics, or PAAS. All auction sales are final except in very limited circumstances (as described above or if a lot is grossly misrepresented). If winning bidder believes a lot was misrepresented he/she must contact us within 7 days of receipt of the lot with written explanation of the alleged gross error. If it is deemed that a gross error has occurred, it is the Buyer's responsibility to return the lot in question within seven (7) days of notice or evaluation.
Reserve: We reserve the right to place a reserve on auctions. Reserves are determined before the start of an auction. If bidding does not meet or exceed the predetermined reserve price, the lot will be returned to the consignor or relisted into a future auction.
Auction Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel an auction at any time for any reason.
Disputes: If any disputes arise, legal action will go before the AAA (American Arbitration Association) and will take place in Arizona. By bidding on the auction (and thus agreeing to our auction policies) the right to trial by jury in any and all legal disputes is forfeited.
