In good condition!! Paper cover with gilt lettering on spine. There is minor wear on the corners of the covers. The upper left corner of the back cover has water stain and 3/4" area where outer green paper worn away. Minor wearing of green paper on the lower left corner.



Pages and binding are tight. The pages are free from any markings and are very clean.
