M. Hohner The Echo Harp Vintage Harmonica
Item/Description: Double-sided tremolo harmonica manufactured by M. Hohner, Trossingen, Germany, marked "ECHO" and "Glockenreine Stimmung". Includes original box. Constructed with a lacquered maple wood comb, brass reed plates, and engraved metal cover plates, the instrument features dual rows of air channels designed to produce a tremolo effect through slightly detuned reed pairs. The "Glockenreine Stimmung" ("bell-pure tuning") designation reflects German-market tuning standards used prior to the mid-20th century. Retains its original illustrated "The Echo Harp" box.
