Measures 11”x 7. Incorporated under the laws of the state of Pennsylvania. ¼” Stock number 22 for 2000 shares. Issued to James H. Sharkerspere on April 23, 1885. Signed by secretary David Thane and President Henry Harrington. Black border and black and green print on crème color paper. Three vignettes are present. On the left side a woman is shown with rich bounty of goods with an American shield behind her. The image right a woman and sits with a small angle and bald eagle. The phrase “E Pluribus Unum” is underneath them. A green vignette of two horses and a bald eagle with a scene from Pennsylvania behind them. The phrase “Liberty and Independence” is underneath them. Three creases are present down the stock from being folded in the past. Old tape marks are present on the top of the creases were tears have been. Three small tears on the right left side. U/C. Was formally named the Deer Creek Mining and Milling Co.
