Handwritten manuscript in French by Henri de Saint-Simon, unsigned, one page both sides, 8 x 12.5, no date. The piece begins (translated), "My opinion on the silence of the Bureau des Longitudes," and goes on to discuss the causes of his conflicts with the Bureau. In fine condition, with a rough left edge.
