The lot features a Comanche fully beaded skull cracker war club from the early Indian Reservation Period circa early 1900’s The piece shows a wood haft handle wrapped in old parfleche rawhide with sinew sewing showing a linear glass trade seed beadwork design in sky light blue, greasy yellow and red whites hearts. The head is secured with parfleche and shows a nice smooth worked stone material which is accented by an Indian tanned fully beaded panel with geometric design in chalk white, red white heart, greasy yellow and light blue. Overall the piece has a nice patina and is in good condition. The war club measures 22 1/2" long overall with the head measuring 3 1/2" long with a diameter of 2 1/2".
