Lot of 3. 1. Incorporated in Colorado in 1898. The Peabody Gold Mining Company issued no. 50 to J. W. Proudfit, Trustee, on 9 December 1898, for 896 shares. Signed by officers, Jno. W. Proudfit, Secretary, and W. E. Freuage (?) President, and countersigned by J. F. Sawyer, Assistant Secretary of the International Trust Co. of Denver the same day. Smaller-sized and plain looking. U/C. Excellent condition.

2. North American Gold Dredging Company, incorporated in Maine in 1897. This company operated on the Swan River and had a Postlethwaite Archimedes screw-type gold dredge built by Risdon Iron Works of San Francisco. This type of gold dredge was first operated in New Zealand. It was claimed the dredge was capable of handling 2,700 cubic yards of ground per day @ 3¢ per cubic yard. The dredge was installed on the Swan River in 1898. B. Stanley Revett of Breckenridge managed the dredge. Colorful. No. 1492 issued to Frank J. Denison on 3 August 1900 for 100 shares by Wm. T. Moller, Treasurer, and Edw. A. Clark, Acting President. Countersigned by the Cashier of the National Shawmut Bank of Boston. Signed on reverse by Denison on 13 August 1900 but not witnessed. Not cancelU/Cnt condition.

3. The Fisherman Gold Mines Co., incorporated in Arizona in 1903. No. 1232 issued to Frank V. Nevileir by Lausford H. Butler, Secretary, and L. L. [illegible], President on 27 October 1906, for 1,000 shares. Signed on reverse by Nevileir on 14 October 1908 and witnessed. Some wear in the folds. U/C. GoodU/C
