Shipping Details:
All items are sent by Canada Post, CANPAR or UPS depending on location, size of parcel and regulations. Items will be insured and a signature required. We can ship ammunition within Canada ONLY. Ammunition has to be shipped by Courier. Ammunition is heavy and therefore a minimum charge would be roughly $30.00 to ship. Shipping charge will be determined after preparation. If possible firearms and other items will be packaged together.
You will be charged for the cost of shipping, a box & handling fee, insurance and tax. You will be emailed a tracking number to your email on file, when your parcel is sent out, and your credit card will be charged.
If you would like to pick up your items we are generally available Mon- Fri 8:30-3:00 the week following the auction. Please email us at info@switzersauction.com to make arrangements, or call us at 613-332-5581. We are not always here, so please make prior arrangements. If your items are not picked up the week following the auction, they will be shipped to you at your address on file, and your credit card will be charged. We don't have room to store packages for lengthy periods of time.
USA and International BUYERS: YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL PERMITS AND CUSTOMS, DUTY CHARGES IF APPLICABLE! If Outside of Canada the purchases will be shipped once we have received import documents from buyers country. U.S.A. requires a completed ATF Form 6 completed by a licensed FFL Dealer. NOTE: NOT ALL ITEMS CAN BE SHIPPED TO THE U.S.A. or overseas SO BUYERS BEWARE. Contact ATF at (304) 616-4550 for more info, or your local authority. Shipping a firearm to the U.S. ranges from $80+. We will not ship ammunition to the USA or overseas.

Your credit card provided to us will be charged for your purchases on June 24th. If we are shipping your products to you a second charge for shipping will occur once your product is ready to ship. A $25.00 non processing fee will be added to any credit cards that we can't process. Please ensure that we have the correct number, and expiry. Recurrent problem payers, may be banned from future sales.

FIREARMS SALES CANADA: a valid P.A.L. is required to purchase firearms in Canada. Firearm registration applies to all restricted and prohibited firearms purchased for Canadians except firearms classified as antique and non-restricted. All restricted and prohibited firearms will have their transfer started on sale day. U.S. and International bidders have sole responsibility for their purchases. US and International Buyers will be charged a $25.00 administrative fee on all Prohibited/Restricted Firearms sales. This is to cover the cost of the required paperwork to export the items to you.
