Payment Details:
- Payments must be made only in cash or via Zelle transfer. No other payment methods are accepted.

Accepted Payment Methods:
1. Condition of the Vehicles
All vehicles are sold as-is and where-is. No guarantees or warranties of any kind, whether explicit or implied, are provided regarding the condition, functionality, or history of the auctioned vehicles.
2. Refund and Exchange Policy
No returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted under any circumstances. It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect the vehicle before placing a bid.
3. Mandatory Deposit
The winning bidder must place a $300 deposit immediately after winning the auction. This deposit is non-refundable if the buyer fails to meet the payment terms.
4. Deadline to Settle Payment
The buyer has a maximum of 48 hours to complete the full payment for the purchased vehicle. Failure to meet this requirement will result in the forfeiture of the deposit, and the vehicle may be reassigned.
5. Final Decision
RH Public Auto Auction reserves the exclusive right to determine to whom the vehicle will be sold. The final decision will be made by the auction administration.
6. Buyer Responsibility
The buyer assumes full responsibility for arranging and covering the cost of transporting the purchased vehicle. RH Public Auto Auction is not responsible for additional costs related to transportation, repairs, or any other expenses after purchase.
7. Rules Compliance
By participating in RH Public Auto Auction, all bidders agree to abide by these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to deny participation to anyone who does not comply with these rules.
