2.All items are deemed sold at the close of the auction. Buyers are legally bound to pay for all sold items they have bid on.

The buyer, upon registration, guarantee's sufficient funds available on the supplied credit card to pay for all their purchases.
4.Grand Forks Auction House makes every effort to provide accurate descriptions, however all items are sold as is where is and it is the buyers responsibility to have satisfied themselves with the condition and authenticity of all items prior to bidding and shall not make any objection after the fact.

7.All purchases must be picked up within the pick up deadline. All items not removed by this deadline will be discarded or resold. You will not be refunded if you do not pick up your items by the deadline.
