Post-Auction
Once the auction is over you will be contacted by the auction house to confirm the items that you have successfully won.
Please allow ample time for the auction house to reconcile and confirm all the bids before you start inquiring about items.
If your bid for a lot(s) was greater than any other bids placed by other Internet and/or Floor bidders, you will receive
a notification email with a list of all the lots you have won for that auction session. To receive your items promptly or to
have them ready for pick-up please make sure that you have filled out your registration information correctly and respond to
the auction house upon receiving your email.
Contacting the auctioneer after the sale:
Congratulations on your purchase! Once you have recieved your email confirmation please respond to the auction house,
confirming that the items are correct and methods of payments and shipping.
Note that the auction house adds a buyer's premium to all the items, for example: if you purchase a Vase for $100 and there is a 15%
buyers premium you will end up paying $115 plus applicable taxes. The items you have won are subject to Auction House verification/approval.
This means that although we have recorded you as the winning bidder, the auction house still has the final word as to who won what.
Payment
As a buyer you don't pay icollector.com anything. You will pay the auction house directly with the payment types
selected by the auction house. The total amount will include:
- The amount of your winning bid.
- The applicable buyer's premium.
- Shipping and handling fees.
- Sales taxes.
