ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD "AS IS" WITH NO WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE. Payment is expected and all accounts must be settled within 1-2 business days concluding auction. Any item that has not been paid for is forfeited by the buyer and the item may be put back on the auction block for sale. THE WINNING BIDDER OF ANY LIVE AUCTION HAS HEREBY ENTERED INTO A BINDING AGREEMENT, AS THE BUYER, TO PURCHASE THE AUCTIONED ITEM. BUYER IS FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE IMMEDIATE PAYMENT OF THE PURCHASE. IN THE EVENT OF NON PAYMENT OF THE PURCHASED ITEM THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AND ALL COLLECTION AND LEGAL FEES IN ADDITION TO THE FULL PURCHASE PRICE OF THE ITEM. THERE IS A 30% RESTOCKING FEE FOR ALL RETURNS FOR ANY REASON, NO EXCEPTIONS. ACCEPTANCE OF A RETURN AND THE TERMS OF A RETURN WILL BE DETERMINED SOLELY BY AUCTION HOUSE ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS, AND AUCTION HOUSE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY AND ALL RETURN REQUESTS. BUYERS THAT ARE SENT TO COLLECTIONS MUST PAY THE COLLECTION AGENCY DIRECTLY; DANIEL’S AUCTION HOUSE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY PAYMENTS AFTER INVOICE HAS BEEN FORWARDED TO COLLECTIONS. ALL INTERNATIONAL BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CUSTOMS - NO EXCEPTIONS. Under no circumstances shall Daniel’s Auction House be held responsible or have any claims made against them for failure of anyone’s internet service, technical or software problems during live auction. Daniel’s Auction House will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Daniel’s Auction House is not responsible for any bids placed "accidentally" or by "mistake" from any source. Bidders that have wish to be certain their bids are acknowledged should leave their maximum bid up to 24 hours in advance

Absentee and online bids are accepted. All major credit cards are accepted. Bank wires and cashier’s checks are accepted. Buyer is required to sign Payment Authorization Form that will be provided via email following each auction. Merchandise will not be released until payment is cleared, and Authorization form has been completed and returned. All international sales and sales exceeding $5000 must be paid by bank wire. Payment is expected within 1-2 business days concluding auction. Any item that has not been paid for is forfeited by the buyer and the item may be put back on the auction block for sale. Any buyer that does not make payment will automatically be blocked from future Daniel’s Auction House auctions and will be filed with a collection agency and the credit bureau. Daniel's Auction House reserves the right to cancel a winning bid and refund or credit to buyer any payments received by auction house if merchandise is discovered to be damaged or sustains damage that was not disclosed or discovered before auction.Buyer’s premium is 30%. Nevada state residents must pay 8.1% sales tax.

Buyer is solely responsible for any and all charges and fees associated with shipping.

Auction Shipping Info

Buyer is solely responsible for making arrangements and paying for shipping with Auction House shipper. Allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. Auction House will not be held responsible in the event that damage occurs to merchandise while in the possession of any shipping company.
