Absentee and online bids are accepted. All major credit cards are accepted. Bank wires and cashier’s checks are accepted. Buyer is required to sign Payment Authorization Form that will be provided via email following each auction. Merchandise will not be released until payment is cleared, and Authorization form has been completed and returned. All international sales and sales exceeding $1000 must be paid by bank wire. Payment is expected within 1-3 business days concluding auction. Any item that has not been paid for is forfeited by the buyer and the item may be put back on the auction block for sale. Any buyer that does not make payment will automatically be blocked from future Daniel's Auction House auctions and will be filed with a collection agency. Online bidders through internet auction have viewed terms and conditions. All items sold as is NO exceptions. NO returns.

Daniel’s Auction House handles all shipping on all merchandise. Handling time for all items is 10 business days. The buyer is required to pay all shipping and handling costs. All items under 150lbs and with a girth of less than 164" will be shipped with UPS. All tracking numbers will be provided either via email or telephone as soon as they are available. No COD is available at this time. Daniel’s Auction House ships worldwide. Actual shipping costs will determine by buyer's location. All buyers are responsible for own insurance on freight.
