PAYMENT INFO:
Payments for purchases can be made with Cash, Paypal, VISA, MasterCard and International Banking Transfers. All international payments exceeding AUD $500.00 must be paid by Direct Bank Transfer. Payments by Credit will incur a charge of 2.6%. Payments by Paypal will incur a charge of 3.8%. Payments by International Banking Transfers will incur a Banking Fee of AUD $25.00. All payments must be cleared with our bankers prior to the removal of any purchase.

SHIPPING INFO:
It is the buyer’s responsibility to arrange and pay for shipping.

For small items, packages less than 1m in length and less than 20kg in weight we are able to ship purchases via Australia post on your behalf. If the item purchased is less than 20cm in length we will package free of charge, however, postage will be payable by the buyer. For items larger than 20cm in length there will be a charge for this service of $30.80 per package, $11.00 administration fee and postage. Please note we will not know the exact cost of postage until the lot is packaged.

Should a buyer have a shipping account for example with FedEx, UPS, TNT etc. we will be able to package your purchases on your behalf and organise for them to be picked up by your carriers. There will be a charge for this service of $30.80 per package, $11.00 administration fee.

Please be advise we are not experts regarding packaging / shipping and will not be able to take responsibility for damaged material or shipments that go astray in the post or that are damaged in transit. Please note we are not able to provide insurance cover for material shipped via Australia Post.

For large / Heavy / very fragile items, It is highly recommended that buyers ship their purchases via our specialist carriers Schenker Logistics. We will gladly advise in facilitating these services, and can recommend certain steps. However, it is the buyer's responsibility to make contact with the shipper and follow through with the shipping process. For quotes, Schenker Logistics will be able to give an estimate of costs prior to collection. Have as much information as possible when you call as far as dimensions. We regret that we do not have the ability to weigh objects and can only offer an educated guess.

Please take note of the important information for buyers and sellers in the catalogue; in particular the reference to insurance and export / import permits. The Buyer is solely responsible for obtaining any export / import license or permit that may be required in connection with a purchased Lot and no insurance cover is provided after the sale of a lot. Naturally we will make every effort to hold your purchases in safe keeping until collected.
