1. Online Bidder registration information has to be accurate, and finances are in place for any purchases.
2. Online Bidders must have a valid credit card.
3. There will be a 10% Buyer Premium charge for online bidding.
4. All Bidders must understand that the Internet may be subject to error due to loss or delay of internet connection. We at Schmalz auctions will not guarantee that the bids placed online will always be transmitted to or received by the auctioneer in a timely fashion.
5. Schmalz Auctions will notify the bidder of their purchase, and payment is due the day after the sale.
6. After an item has been sold it is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. We sell all merchandise as is–where is and are not responsible for missing parts. No bidder should retract his/her bid. Sale is final!
7. For all packing and shipping costs, it will be the buyer’s responsibility, and the receipts will be sent with the purchase.
8.All items that are shipped will be shipped through the cheapest method available to our customers unless otherwise specified.
9.Items can be held here for a brief amount of time but communication is key and we will need to hear from you immediately after the sale through email/phone etc. with your arrangements for your items. If we do not hear from you we will ship your items at the cheapest shipping method available.
