"Repro", when noted in item listing, refers to that item being a reproduction item. Colonel’s Auction House sells all property containing mechanical movements (clocks, watches, and locking mechanisms) without any representation or warranty expressed or implied as to the future condition of said movements. Colonel’s Auction House reserves the right to cancel a winning bid and refund or credit to buyer any payments received by auction house if merchandise is discovered to be damaged or sustains damage that was not disclosed or discovered before auction. **Low and High estimates are for the auctioneers use only; customers should not use this figure as a true determination of value, or confuse an estimate with an appraisal. Appraisals are only available on items that are listed as coming with an appraisal. Any questions should be forwarded to the auction house before placing bids.

ACCEPTANCE OF A RETURN AND THE TERMS OF A RETURN WILL BE DETERMINED SOLELY BY AUCTION HOUSE ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS, AND AUCTION HOUSE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY AND ALL RETURN REQUESTS. BUYERS THAT ARE SENT TO COLLECTIONS MUST PAY THE COLLECTION AGENCY DIRECTLY; AUCTION HOUSE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY PAYMENTS AFTER INVOICE HAS BEEN FORWARDED TO COLLECTIONS. ALL INTERNATIONAL BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND ADDITIONAL TAXES, IF ANY - NO EXCEPTIONS. Under no circumstances shall Colonel’s Auction House, or its employees, be held responsible or have any claims made against them for failure of anyone’s internet service or technical or software problems during live auction. Auction House will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Colonel’s Auction House is not responsible for any bids placed "accidentally" or by "mistake" from any source. Bidders that wish to be certain their bids are acknowledged should leave their maximum bid up to 24 hours in advance.
Absentee and online bids are accepted. All major credit cards are accepted. Bank wires and cashier’s checks are accepted. For credit card payments, buyer is required to sign Payment Authorization Form that will be provided via email. Merchandise will not be released until payment is cleared, and Authorization form has been completed and returned. All sales exceeding $5000 must be paid by bank wire. Payment is expected within 1-2 business days concluding auction. Any item that has not been paid for is forfeited by the buyer and the item may be put back on the auction block for sale. Any buyer that does not make payment will automatically be blocked from future Auction House auctions and will be filed with a collection agency and the credit bureau. Colonel’s Auction House reserves the right to cancel a winning bid and refund or credit to buyer any payments received by auction house if merchandise is discovered to be damaged or sustains damage that was not disclosed or discovered before auction.
Buyer is solely responsible for making arrangements and paying for shipping with Auction House shipper. Allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. Auction House will not be held responsible in the event that damage occurs to merchandise while in the possession of any shipping company.
