The shotgun is accompanied by a Cody Firearms research verification that verifies the serial number, Trap Grade (note that shotgun is without "TRAP" marking), it was manufactured on 5-23-33, gauge, barrel length, choke markings (improved cylinder/modified), Bradley ivory front sight, single trigger, ejector, manual safety, and checkered wood (originally had a regular forearm and bare butt with pull 15 5/8", currently has beavertail forearm, a solid Winchester recoil pad and length of pull 14 1/2". Dual bead sights on a matte solid rib with the left rear barrel is marked "MODEL 21 --WINCHESTER-- / --TRADE MARK--- 12 GAUGE" and the right rear barrel marked with the two line patent marking, with factory proofs on the flats, matching serial number, and 2 1/2" chambers. The water table is marked with factory proof and model/address information on the right side and patents marking on the left. The bottom of the receiver and forearm hardware are marked with the number "1". Single trigger, tang mounted safety, trigger mounted selector and mounted with fancy grain checkered beavertail forearm and straight grip stock with factory grip cap.

Condition: Near mint as professionally refurbished. The shotgun retains 99% of the high polished blue finish with some minor thinning on the barrels, with some scattered minor spotting and handling marks. The refurbished wood has a couple filled repairs and a minor gash on the grip area (left side) with some minor handling marks. There are some minor nicks in the overall crisp checkering.
