Winchester Model 1885 “low wall” single shot target rifle, .38 WCF cal., 28” octagon barrel, blue finish, wood stocks, #28593. This gun is in overall very good condition showing grey brown patina with somescattered areas of pin prick pitting and erosion, some slight traces of original finish in protected areas, bore should clean to good, crisp action, replaced bead front sight, unmarked rear sight and Lyman-typeadjustable rear sight; wood stocks are overall very good with nice graining and some scattered old mars and scratches from carry and storage; in a popular caliber. Est.: $500-$1,000.
