British military top-break double action service revolver chambered for .455 Webley, dated 1919. Features a blued finish, 6" barrel, pinned patridge front sight, notched rear sight on the barrel catch, unaltered six-shot cylinder that measures 1.495" long, square-butt frame with lanyard ring, and two-piece reproduction diamond checkered hard rubber grips. The backstrap is stamped "K.A", "6.41" and "43" with "ASS" lined-out. The sighting rib is marked "WEBLEY & SCOTT LTD. BIRMINGHAM." The serial numbers match on the frame and barrel with the cylinder bearing the number 1816. The frame and cylinder retain the majority of their blued finish with the barrel and backstrap thinned to brown patina. Action is sound with good lock-up, bore is near excellent, markings are crisp and the repo hard rubber grips are fine. Condition is NRA Good. ***C&R Firearm*** From The John F Sukey Collection
