This is a rare first edition of "We Pointed Them North: Recollections of a Cowpuncher" written by E.C. "Teddy Blue" Abbott and Helen Huntington Smith and published in 1939. Abbott was the son-in-law of Granville Stuart who was a pioneer, gold prospector, businessman, vigilante and civic leader in the Montana Territory. Abbott became a cowboy on the open range during the late 1800's. The book is a biography of his life as a cowboy as told by himself to the second author, Helena Huntington Smith. The book contains many illustrations and comes with the original dust jacket. It shows good condition with minor damage to the dust jacket as shown. The book measures 6" x 8.5".
