Paperback, 23 pp. The booklet contains information of the fund's activity, data, and photos of the various activities. *The fund was established in 1932 by the Histadrut, and was funded by Histadrut members. The fund was activated and even supported by national institutions in 1936, upon the outbreak of the Arab Revolt, which caused an economic crisis in Israel. The fund collaborated with the national institutions to establish the Bitzur company, which provided jobs for the unemployed by initiating public labor projects. It also provided vocational training for workers and tried to develop new industries. The fund initiated the establishment of the shipping company Zim.
