All Shipments will be made thru the United States Postal Service using Actual Weight with Delivery Confirmation on all items over $20, Insurance on all packages over $100, and Registered Mail on any items over $1000 in value. To provide this shipping feature, purchaser’s credit cards will show two debits on their Credit Card, one for the amount bought in Auction and one for shipping.
