Produced circa 1872 - 1888. Blade and notch sights, with the left side of the frame marked "P" and "S", along with the 2 line address and patent markings. Smooth forearm and pistol grip, with a "CRS" cartouche on the left side.

Condition: Very good plus. The barrel retains traces of original blue finish with the balance and mottled brown-gray patina. The frame retains 25% faded original case colors. The hammer and breechblock have a mixed gray patina. There is some minor spotting (mostly on the barrel) with some minor pitting at the muzzle. The wood is very good with some minor dings and scratches with a series of minor dings on the bottom of the grip and a patch of unknown residue on the left side of the grip. The cartouche is clear. Mechanically excellent.
