Absolutely breathtaking high quality Kashan design rug. Size 13.1 X 9.10 feet, 100% natural, hand woven, vegetable dye, finest baby lamb's wool pile on cotton foundation. This is an exquisite Kashan design on a red background with a central medallion and tear drops enhanced with crowned corners of Williamsburg blue of utmost beauty. Given the fact that rugs are product of a desert like environment, it is natural to use primary colors in the majority of the rugs produced as a means of absorbing the harsh and intense sunlight in order to be soothing on the eyes. Therefor it is rather rare and unusual to come across rugs with such predominant soft tones. This is an exceptionally intricate and exquisite piece with its beautiful Shah-Abbasi floral pattern. This high fashion designer rug can transform any living space into a fabulously inspired interior.
