Offered in this lot we have a Smith & Wesson model 2 Type IV revolver chambered for a .32 caliber. The revolver features a 6" barrel, six-shot cylinder with a bottom break, original blue finish, rose wood handles, spur trigger, and fixed sights. The barrel is marked "SMITH & WESSON SPRINGFIELDMASS". Cylinder is marked "PATENTEDAPRIL3.1856.JULY5.1859&DEC18.1860". Revolver is in good condition and mechanically functional. There is a small chip to the hammer. Rosewood grips are in good condition but shows wear to the finish. "W" is carved into the bottom of the left grip. The revolver is considered a ANTIQUE FIREARM does not require FFL.
