Very fine. The barrels retain 40% of the original thinning blue finish mixed with smooth brown patina. The frame retains 90% original silver with wear on the edges. Most of the silver has darkened with age and any exposed brass has an aged patina. The grips are excellent showing some minor wear on the lower edges, a few minor dings and crisp checkering. The markings are clear. The firing pin rotated properly and the action is excellent.
