The rifle has a blued steel 22.5" full octagon barrel with a case hardened receiver and solid walnut hardwood stocks. The top of the barrel has open sporting sights and is marked "Remington Arms Union Metallic Cartridge Co., Remington Works, Ilion, N.Y. U.S.A". The left side of the barrel is marked ".32 Short or Long R.F.". The Remington rifle is in good overall condition. It measures 36.5" long. Serial number is J263447.
