Remington Model 3200 Four Gauge Competition Skeet Over/Under Shotgun Set, #OU.46896, 12, 20 & 28 gauge with 2-3/4'' chambers, .410 bore with 2-1/2'' chambers, bright blue finish, 27-1/2'' barrels with skeet chokes, Bradley style front white beads with steel middle beads, matted 5/16'' ventilated ribs, ejectors and removable trigger shoe; combination top-tang safety and barrel selector lever have been removed; frame is engraved ''COMPETITION'' in a scroll bordered banner with gold fill. The pistol-grip target stock and forend are semi-deluxe gloss-finished walnut with 20 line-per-inch checkering. Length of pull is 14-1/8'' over a 3/4'' brown Remington recoil pad, drop at comb is 1-1/2'', drop at heel is 2'', weight with 12 gauge barrels is 8-3/4 lbs. Mfg'd ca. 1981. The set is housed in a gold pile lined leatherette Gun-Ho partitioned case with a combination latch; 1977 dated paperwork including instructions, information cards and safety lever wrench. Condition is very good with a tight action and strong ejectors. Action face shows moderate use, mostly from the 20 gauge lower barrel; missing safety lever assembly is locked on the lower barrel. Blue finish is approx. 98% on the frame and 12, 28 and .410 barrels with light oxidation; assembly marks and small scattered nicks on the top ribs; the 20 gauge barrels have 95% blue drifting slightly to brown. Bores and muzzles have powder residue and light oxidation; gold fill in the frame engraving is fading. Stock has minor small handling marks. Case has a few scuffs and powder marks.
