Prussian Knighthood documents along with the official seal, book and paperwork in a leather box as presented to (now Sir) Paul Alwin Theodor von Uhde (Lieutenant General, Imperial Army of Prussia) . Presented in tooled leather over wood box emblazoned with the Royal Hohenzollern Eagle on the lid. Presented in 1902 The box contains the portfolio bestowing the knighthood. In Beautiful hand calligraphy on heavy vellum. The portfolio also contains the newly bestowed coat of arms for him in beautiful hand work. The final pages contain the signatures of officials including the personal large signature of Kaiser Wilhelm II. Attached to the portfolio via the binding cord is a silver repousse (along with Royal Prussian eagle) cassette measuring over 6 inches. It contains the intact red wax seal of the Prussian Heraldry office. This is a very fine and rare opportunity to own a piece of Imperial Prussian history.
