This is a RARE Pan Motor Company pennant from 1917-1919. The Pan motor company was organized in 1917 by Samuel Pandolfo. He sold $9.5 million dollars of stock and built 737 automobiles in the company's brief history. Pandolfo was convicted of mail fraud after it was determined that he defrauded investors. He would serve three years in Leavenworth Federal Penitentiary. The pennant was a promotional device used by the company to solicit investors and is considered to be a exceedingly RARE piece. It shows the company logo near the top and reads "Write Pan Motor Co. Saint Cloud Minn. for Special Proposition". The pennant is in good condition. It measures 2.75" x 9.75".
