Cannon barreled, with a brass insert front sight and groove rear sight, decorated with gold bands, floral patterns and leaf designs. Similar gold work is present on the hammer, flashpan, frizzen, lock, and gold accents on the screws. Smooth tiger stripe stock, with bone tipped forearm and ramrod, a cut-through silver reverse plate, silver trigger, trigger guard and ramrod pipes, thumb shield and a silver finished brass buttcap with a silver grotesque face.

Condition: Very good, with an even brown patina on the barrel and lock. Minimal flash pitting or firing wear. Over 95% of the gold inlaid finish on the barrel and lock remains, with a dark patina on the silver and over half of the silver plate on the buttcap. Showing a dark aged patina on the visible brass. Stock is good, with some mild dents and scratches, along with attractive figuring. Mechanically very good.
