We found no reference to this company. The Flowery Mining District would be incorporated into the Comstock Mining District. It was also known as Rogers or Summit Lake, and located in the Flowery Range, to the east.[Mining Districts of Nevada by Tingley] Virginia City was incorporated in February of 1861. Louis Feuser was one of the original trustees for the incorporation. The Feusier Octagon House is an historic octagonal house located at 1067 Green Street, in the Russian Hill neighborhood of San Francisco, California. It was built between 1857 and 1858 by George Kenny, who sold it in 1870 to Louis Feusier. Feusier is said to have been a companion of such San Francisco notables as Leland Stanford and Mark Twain. Feusier's many business interests include wholesale produce, mining, salmon canning, winemaking, and importation of oriental goods.
