Original case for DA revolver with label in lid reading "R. Adams patentee of the revolver adopted by Her Majesty's War Dept, American and various continental governments with other information and awards, 76 KingWilliam Street London E.C". The interior of the case is good showing some small repairs to the lining, the label is near excellent; the case would fit a revolver measuring about 13-3/8" overall, with approximately 5-1/2 to 6" barrel. The reverse compartment measures almost 4" across the center. The exterior of the case is oak with brass screws and mounts, the top plate is period engraved D. N. Allan Royal Artillery. Little John's will pay for packing and materials. Buyer pays actual costs of shipping and insurance. All International purchases will be sent to an exporter for shipment to foreign countries. International buyers agree to pay all cost incurred including all shipping, insurance, exporter fees, all custom and duty fees associated with shipment. Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Regulations apply and MUST be strictly followed.
