Items won will be shipped using the US Postal Service, all items will be shipped via insured or registered mail. Shipping and handling will be calculated after the sale. Shipping charges are subject to change depending on size and weight. The auction company will notify bidder with the increase difference. Please note payment will only be accepted by check or money order payable to Fox Valley Coin Auctions. which must be received within 10 days of emailed invoice with shipping totals.

Please note if you want to pay by check or money order make it payable to Fox Valley Coin Auctions. which must be received within 10 days of emailed invoice with shipping totals. Please allow for following Wednesday after the auction for an updated invoice with shipping to be sent to your email. Part I: Terms and Conditions for the Monthly Coin Auctions:
Each auction is a consignment auction. ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS AND WHERE IS. Unless graded by a 3rd party grading service, we do not attribute lots with official grades. We may describe items with adjectives, but this is only an opinion and the actual bidder must solely decide condition. All items must be paid for in full prior to receiving the lots. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO RETURNS.
A valid credit card is required to be approved as a bidder at this auction. ***PLEASE NOTE won auction lots will be paid by your credit card on file with Proxibid the Tuesday after the auction unless we are notified by email. Please email us at foxvalleycoinsauction@gmail.com if you are going to send a check or money order so we do not withdraw funds from your credit card.
Though we try to describe all items accurately, we will not be held responsible for cataloging errors. Absentee bidding is permitted by phone, fax, email, or mail. Absentee bids are due 24 hours prior to the auction. Absentee bids may be faxed to 630-836-0080. All bidders must register and provide ID prior to viewing lots.

Announcements day of the sale take precedence over any printed material. All bid sheets must be signed. All terms and conditions must be accepted, when bidding in this Auction. Floor bidders take precedence over absentee bids. Auctioneer reserves the right to set bidding increments. Shipping, handling & postal insurance will be added for all lots delivered by mail. It is unlawful for bidders to collude, pool, or agree with another bidder to pay less than the fair value for a lot. Fox Valley Coin Auctions will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase.
Fox Valley Coin Auctions is providing Internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Fox Valley Coin Auctions or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Fox Valley Coin Auctions will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. Fox Valley Coin Auctions reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.
