This lot provides you with a beautiful, signed Navajo Native American Indian pendant necklace. The necklace boasts a large drop pendant, boasting a large polished cabochon of Royston turquoise. The turquoise drop hangs prominently off of a silver bear paw motif cabochon, which dangles from an antique braided silver chain, and further adorned with silver colored rolled beads, and spherical beads. The back of both pendants is signed with the Navajo hallmark "SL', additionally, the chain clasp is faintly scribed with "sterling". The necklace is believed to originate from the early to mid 1900's, and shows good condition - the necklace shows a nice warm silver patina. When unclasped and stretched out, the necklace measures approximately 22" long. The Royston pendant alone measures; 2" tall, and 1 3/8" wide.
