Original professionally restored 1941 Silver Moon Club slot machine. Complete with embossed Silver Moon Club 5 cent panel at top and embossed Silver Moon logo at center above jackpot window. Polished chrome face with hand painted recessed lines, oak base and sides. Has original real script and Jennings mechanism. Jennings & Co. instructions on paper mounted inside back cover. The back has the Jennings monogram embossed and has been repainted with black wrinkle paint. This is a classic and spectacular example of a small personalized Las Vegas gaming club. The Silver Moon Club was in business from the 1930's through WW2. It was located on the Boulder Highway. The Silver Moon Chief was introduced by Jennings in 1941 following the success of the Jennings Silver Chief in 1937. The Silver Moon Chief was the first to introduce chrome in its design to the Jennings line. Very few of these machines are known. This item is being sold by the owner.
