For your consideration in this lot is a large Timber Wolf taxidermy, double felted, trophy rug. The wolf was taken in Montana, and was expertly prepared by a professional taxidermist. The wolf is matted to black/blue contrasting felt, and is equipped with multiple rigging-dee's for wall mounting. The wolf shows all of its impressive teeth, and displays an excellent color gradient. Additionally, the wolf has all of its claws, though few are chipped. Overall, the mount is in good condition, exhibiting little shedding - and showcasing good all-around craftsmanship. The rug measures 57 3/4" wide from the tips of each front paw, and 70 3/4" long from the tip of the tail to the nose.
