Eagle etched scabbard with dents, dark but good blade, very good wire grip, some gilt loss to pommel and guard. This is an extremely rare, hard to find, General Officer's sword, identical to the Presentation sword given to Confederate General Carterpage Stephenson, as shown in Albaugh's Confederate sword book.Â
