MUGHAL:pair of gold coins set in 14K custom made cufflinks, which inlcudes a Mughal AV mohur of Muhammad Shah, Shahjahanabad mint, year 14 in xf condition, and a Hyderabad AV ashrafi of Mir Mahbub Ali Khan II, year 19 in au condition, both Hijri dates partly obsured by cufflink, a lovely set to wear in any formal situation!

Terms Of Sale:
(1) All lots are guaranteed genuine. All certified items
are guaranteed by the respective grading service’s
authenticity guarantee. Any person removing a lot from
a sealed certified holder has voided any and all
authenticity guarantees from Stephen Album Rare Coins.
(2) Buyer’s premium will be 18% of the hammer price
and added to the hammer price of each lot. Any
successful bids defined on your bid sheet will have 18%
added for the buyer’s premium. If the purchaser pays by
cash or "cash equivalent" then the buyer's premium will
be discounted to 15%. "Cash equivalent" is defined as
paying by cash, cashier's check, money order, approved
personal check or bank wire transfer. Shipping and
insurance is extra and not included.
(3) Bids may be placed by fax, mail, email, or by
telephone (telephone bidding is restricted to lots valued
over $500; by prior arrangement). Online bidding is also
available on iCollector.com. Follow the link on our
website, www.stevealbum.com in order to bid online.
(4) Any person placing bids in the auction agrees to be
bound by the terms of sale and guarantees payment for
any successful bid.
(5) California sales tax of 8.50% applies to all deliveries
inside California which total under $1,500 unless a valid
resale card is provided before lots are shipped.
(6) Personal checks must clear our bank before lots are
delivered. Stephen Album Rare Coins retains title until
full payment has cleared our bank. Payment in full is
required before any lots will be shipped.
(7) Buyer agrees to pay within 14 days of receipt of
invoice or notification of results. Payments made later
than 30 days from auction date will incur interest charges
of 1% per month on the unpaid balance, or the maximum
allowed by law if exceeding the interest rate permitted
by law, calculated from the auction date.
(8) Delivery outside the USA will be by USPS registered
mail or by FedEx and will include insurance on all
shipments. Any claims of loss or damage will only be
paid by Stephen Album Rare Coins only after the
insurers investigation is complete.
(9) No warranty is made with respect to the lot
descriptions. Lot descriptions are given to identify lots
for bidders unable to view the lots.
(10) Stephen Album Rare Coins reserves the right to
cancel or modify any lot in this sale in the event of
non-payment, or errors on reserves, or exercising bids.
(11) In the event of a dispute, the buyer agrees to
resolve the issue by third-party arbitration replacing the
right to go to court. Any damages or claims are agreed
by buyer not to exceed the amount paid for the lots.
Stephen Album Rare Coins is not liable for errors that
occur during online bidding due to the bidder's internet
connection or other issues with the bidder's computer.
(12) Stephen Album Rare Coins are not approval sales.
No lots may be returned due to disagreement with
grading opinions given in the descriptions. Lots may
only be returned for significant undisclosed problems or
authenticity as defined in #1 above. Third party certified
(slabbed) items may not be returned for any reason other
than authenticity as defined in #1 above.
