Time magazine featuring an artist’s rendition of Bucher on the cover, 8.25 x 11, dated February 2, 1968, signed and inscribed on the front in black felt tip, “For Steve & Alice Keyser, Wishing you following winds all your days!,” adding his signature and printing, “L. M. Bucher, CDR, USN, CO USS Pueblo.” In fine condition, with light creasing and the expected light wear.
