LUNAVADA: IMPORTANT LOT of 10 copper coins (paisa unless noted) (item references to an unpublished catalog): Fateh Singh, 1818-1849: PM-79 (½ paisa, katar); PM-73 (katar); PM-74 (katar); and PM-75 (2 katars); Dalil Singh, 1852-1867: PM— (½ paisa, sun // pseudo-date AH1200); PM-113 (¼ paisa, branch); M-275 (umbrella // sword); PM— (3 swords // sun); and PM— (sun, pseudo-date AH1255); and Wakhat Singh: OS-27 (lion, overstruck on hand); all in VF condition, a couple slightly better; retail value $500, lot of 10 pieces. It is likely that there are only two denominations, a half paisa typically 2.5g to 4.5g and a full paisa 5.5g to 9.5g, though it is conceivable that there was just one denomination, the paisa, of more-or-less random weights.
