Fine. The barrels retain 90% faded original blue finish with some light thinning and a small area of wear and tool marks to the sides of where the rear sight was removed. Some original case colors remain in protected areas with the balance having a smooth silver gray patina with speckled discoloration. The wood is fine with a number of minor pressure dents and a couple of minor chips on the edge of the forearm and a small fill repair, small gouge and several minor dents, dings and scratches on the stock. The buttplate has a mottled silver gray and brown patina. The markings and engraving are clear. The mechanics are fine.
