Interesting conversion kit for the Mauser bolt-action rifle in wooden box by Erma in fine condition with action numbered 2813, German proofed, some type of gauge, also German proofed, a floor plate numbered 2252,marked “Erma Erfurt 1937” and three magazines also marked “Erma Erfurt and all German proofed with dates 1937, 1938 and 1939 respectively; also included is an instruction sheet how to install the conversion in aMauser M-98 rifle of 8x57 J caliber; although no other documentation present, by family tradition of the consignor, this conversion unit was brought back by General Curtis LeMay from the European Theater after WW II; aunique addition to any collection!
