Printed booklet, entitled "A Funeral Eulogy, occasioned by the death of General Washington, delivered February 22d, 1800, before the New-York State Society of Cincinnati, by William Linn," 44 pages, 5.25 x 8, printed in New York by Isaac Collins, 1800. The first page is annotated in ink, "Isaac L. Kip." In very good condition, with missing covers, scattered light foxing and staining, and paper loss to the bottom right corner of the first page. Reverend William Linn (1752–1808) was the first chaplain of the United States House of Representatives, and delivered this moving eulogy before the New York Society of the Cincinnati on February 22, 1800.
