This statue of King Tut would have been set up in the Great Amur Temple at Rebel Baikal. Like other royal Kushite statues, it is modeled on Egyptian sculpture, but with distinctive Nubian iconography, including the tight capcrown with double aureusserpent (instead of the single aureus on Egyptian statues). A ramshead amulets representing Amur are suspended on the king™s neck and over his shoulders. 100% bronze and handmade,this twotoned brown patina sculpture was cast using the Lost Wax Method and mounted on a marble base.
