Edward Bohlin and his carefully selected team of leather, and silversmiths, were know to craft the worlds finest saddles, and leather tack. Ed had dreams of Buffalo Bill Cody's Wild West in his head, and when he arrived state side, got a job working cattle drives in Montana, later to open his first saddle shop in Cody, Wyoming. Ed would often stand in front of his shop, performing rope tricks to entice cliental. Bohlin met a man named Tom Mix, while performing at the Pantages Theatre in Hollywood - Mix convinced Ed to stay in Hollywood to produce his fine saddles, eventually to serve patrons such as Mae West, Hopalong Cassidy, Monte Hale, Lyndon Johnson, and Ronald Reagan. Under Ed's watchful eye, "The Edward H. Bohlin Company" operated from the early 1920's, through the 1980's, now operating under different ownership.
