Early large stitched-on-cloth “sampler” approx. 17” x 13” and contained in a protective sleeve that permits both sides of the piece to be viewed; in overall good condition with some spotting and fraying onedges but not affecting the wording of the item that is dated 1848; context of the four verses are related to the death of one Lucy Nowlen, obviously a highly cherished individual by the maker of this great pieceof early artwork and sentiment. Little John's will pay for packing and materials. Buyer pays actual costs of shipping and insurance. All International purchases will be sent to an exporter for shipment to foreign countries. International buyers agree to pay all cost incurred including all shipping, insurance, exporter fees, all custom and duty fees associated with shipment. Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Regulations apply and MUST be strictly followed.
