Early Philadelphia derringer attributed to John Branch, .44 caliber, 6-1/2” overall with 2-1/2” barrel, full stocked, engraved German Silver mounts, with characteristic straight-profile to forend and uniqueescutcheons and inlays. Condition is good to very good overall with a pleasing patina, traces of case hardening. Stock good to very good with some wear at the edges to the checkering. The barrel shows six-grooverifling, generally good to very good overall. Est: $1,250 - $2,500
